I have had a long and fulfilling career in software development, but after some time, I began to feel a sense of emptiness in my career choice. As I reflected on my life goals, I realized that I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives, and that’s when I made a decision to pursue an undergraduate degree in psychology. Later, I went on to earn a Master’s degree in mental health counseling.

As a father of five children, one of whom is a toddler, I have a unique perspective on the challenges and joys of parenting. This experience has given me insight into the issues that families face and has helped me to better understand and support my clients who are also parents. I’ve been divorced (and remarried), and have experienced both sides of major life changes, and I (or think I) “get it”.

I work as a psychotherapist in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I specialize in helping couples and individuals navigate issues related to their relationships, sexual concerns, and faith transitions. In my work with couples, I help them address a range of issues, including unbalanced libido, sexual dysfunction related to conditions or aging, and the use of erotic material in conflict with moral values. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, desires, and concerns in a supportive and understanding environment.

In addition to my work with couples, I also work with individuals who are struggling with a range of issues related to mental health and well-being. My focus is on helping clients develop the skills and strategies they need to manage their mental health effectively and improve their overall quality of life.

As an MDMA-certified psychedelic therapist, I have undergone extensive training and experience in working with individuals using psychedelic substances for therapeutic purposes. My goal is to help clients integrate their psychedelic experiences into their everyday lives, allowing for greater personal growth and healing.

On this website, I have compiled links to the content I have created or manage, as well as resources for visitors and helpful tools for individuals struggling with their mental health. My background in technology and mental health counseling has allowed me to create an informative and supportive space for people who are looking for guidance on how to manage their mental health effectively. I believe that technology can play a strong role in how we manage our mental health. As technology continues to evolve, there are new opportunities to use it to promote mental health and well-being.
